Fire rated ship windows and doors
Bohamet offers a wide range of fire resistant windows with A0, A60 and H120 class glass. The fire resistant windows ensure safety of the crew and passengers in case of fire hazard. Our products are used on commercial ships, passenger ships, sea yachts, naval ships and special ships for servicing drilling platforms or on Fi-Fi ships.
Windows with A0 glass form a barrier for gases and flames at the same time providing thermal insulation.
Windows with A60 glass form a barrier for gases and flames at the same time providing thermal insulation. The average temperature on the surface exposed to fire does not exceed 140°C.

Wheelhouse windows of relevant fire resistance class may be equipped with extra heating units preventing glass icing.
BOHFLAM fire resistant glass
BOHFLAM fire resistant glass provides safety during fire.
We offer various glass constructions and fire resistance classes. The most common resistance classes for marine glass are: A0, A30, A60, H120. BOHFLAM glass meets ISO 5797 requirements.
BOHFLAM fire resistant glass may be combined with other types of glass, e.g. laminated or electrically heated.
The most common glass classes used in construction industry are: EI 30, EI 60, EI 90, EI 120.
