The hatch is designed for mounting in deck of ship superstructures.
The hatch can be made of steel, aluminum or stainless steel. Pins of closures are settled in steel sleeves. Hinge pins are made from stainless steel. Closures and hinges have holes for M10x1 grease nipples acc.to DIN 3404 or DIN 71412 M10x1. The hatch is sealed up with a 40×20 rubber packing cord. The hatch is locked in the open position.
The steel hatch blade is painted: EPINOX 77 (2×130μm, gray).
Steel hatch frame: HEMPEL SHOPPRIMER ZS 15809 (15÷20μm, gray). Hatch with insulation are painted under cover: EPINOX 77 (2×130μm, gray).
Optional:
The steel hatch blade is painted: primer – HEMPEL HEMPADUR MASTIC 45880/45881 (grey), topcoat – HEMPEL HEMPADUR MASTIC 45880/45881 (RAL color).
Steel hatch frame: HEMPEL SHOPPRIMER ZS 15809 (15÷20μm, gray). Other painting – to be agreed with the Manufacturer.
