Ship windows are manufactured in accordance with ISO 3903. The fixed or opening windows (inside, outside, sliding), windows with covers or fireproof windows help to provide sunlight and air exchange in the cabins of residential and other spaces.
Wheelhouse windows guarantee safety and the highest visibility needed for navigation unit.

Bohamet offers a wide range of special marine windows custom configured to meet customers’ specific requirements.
Depending on the customer’s requirement we offer:

Portholes are manufactured in accordance with ISO 1751. Variety of opening and fixed portholes, with or without covers allow us to meet all customer requirements. Top quality and experience guarantee the security and integrity of critical areas of the hull directly exposed to severe marine conditions.
Ship portholes are located close to the water line, and thus must withstand the strong pressure and the pressure of the water masses. The standard porthole ship is equipped with a cover storm.
Portholes can be made of brass, aluminum or steel including stainless steel, anti-magnetic, stainless steel, carbon.
Glazing while the tempered glass thicknesses 8, 10, 12, 15, 19, 25 mm. On request, we also use insulated glass units or laminated. The glass is mounted in the frame with a rubber gasket, shafts and screws made of stainless steel or brass.
Our portholes are certified with the following classification societies: DNV, GL, LR, LRS, ABS, PRS, CCS, SBG, BV.

Depending on the customer’s requirement we offer:

We offer portlights for passenger ferries, passenger ships, and cruise ships: with one or two cross-bars

Depending on the customer’s requirements, glass may be secured with protective film, polycarbonate boards, polypropylene boards, fibreboards or plywood boards that are removed after the windows have been mounted.
